🚗 How to Wash Your Car

Maintaining your car's appearance isn't just about looks — it's about protecting its finish and value. With the right tools and techniques, you can achieve a deep, glossy clean while minimizing damage to your paintwork.

🧰 Essential Tools & Products

Before you begin, gather the following:

• pH-balanced car soap: Apex Auto Wash – 3.0
• Two buckets: One for the body, one for wheels
• Grit guards: To trap dirt at the bottom of each bucket
• Microfiber wash mitt: Wash Monster Pad
• Drying towels: Dreadnought MAX XXL
• Wheel cleaner: Furies – Iron Remover & Wheel Cleaner
• Wheel brushes:

🌤️ Step 1: Choose the Right Environment

Wash your car in the shade or during cool parts of the day (early morning or late afternoon) to prevent water spots and soap drying too fast.

🛞 Step 2: Clean the Wheels First

Use a separate bucket for wheels. Apply Furies with Barrel Blade Lite or other wheel brushes to clean rims and tires. Rinse thoroughly.

💦 Step 3: Pre-Rinse the Vehicle

Use a hose or pressure washer to rinse the entire car, removing loose dirt. Pre-foam with APEX and let it dwell — just don’t let it dry on the surface.

🪣 Step 4: One-Bucket Wash Method

• Place grit guards in both buckets.
• Fill one with water and 1–2 oz of Apex Auto Wash.
• Dip the mitt, wash a section, flip sides, and repeat. Rinse or swap mitts between panels.
• Optional: Use the Flat Out Wash Pad — 4 pads = 8 sides = no reuse needed.

🧽 Step 5: Wash from Top to Bottom

Always start at the roof and work downward to avoid dragging dirt into clean areas.

🚿 Step 6: Rinse Thoroughly

Rinse all soap off completely from top to bottom.

🧴 Step 7: Dry the Car

Dry with a Dreadnought MAX XXL. Pat dry or gently slide towel to avoid swirl marks. For added slickness, use Titan Detailer as a drying aid.

✨ Optional: Apply Wax

Apply Glossome Wax after drying for extra gloss and protection.
