Detailed AF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once your order has shipped and left the possession/grounds of Detailed AF. Customers who have failed to receive their order after proof that their order has been processed and shipped should contact the corresponding courier to inquire about their shipment and/or make a compensation claim. Detailed AF is in no way, shape, or form responsible for compensation, nor replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Customers may request Detailed AF to assist in making a claim, but the decision to intervene is entirely up to Detailed AF discretion. Be advised, Detailed AF intervention may result in further delays to be compensated.
